This specific role is not an external role for one of our clients but rather an internal role where you'd be reporting to our BD Manager. She's cool.
We're hiring anBusiness Development Representative to join our team and report to our Business Development Manager. This is a fully remote role focused exclusively oncold calling andappointment setting with potential clients.
This is ahigh-energy, phone-based role where confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills are key. If you thrive on making calls, handling objections, and securing meetings, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Appointment Setting
Make outbound calls to engage decision-makers and set appointments.
Overcome objections effectively and confidently.
Ensure a high conversion rate from calls to held meetings.
Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure a high attendance rate for scheduled calls.
CRM & Documentation
Log all calls, notes, and appointments accurately in the CRM.
Track outreach performance and adjust strategies as needed.
What Success Looks Like
High Appointment Rate – Consistently book qualified meetings.
Effective Cold Calling – Maintain strong conversion rates from calls to booked appointments.
Show-Up Rate – Ensure a high percentage of booked meetings happen.
Qualifications
