SUMMARY
The Business Systems Team is central to Wiz's operational excellence and growth, ensuring the reliability and evolution of key business systems that support critical functions across the organization. Composed of technical administrators, developers, and analysts, the team focuses on maintaining and optimizing these business systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Combining strategic oversight with tactical execution, the Business Systems Team directly contributes to the success of Wiz's core business objectives as the company scales.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will solicit, analyze, and refine business requirements with a primary focus on the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business process and its related business systems, working closely with teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations. A significant aspect of this role will be supporting and optimizing the Quote-to-Cash flow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will translate these needs into clear technical solutions and maintain thorough documentation. You will contribute to project intake, support Kanban-based project execution, and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment and deliver quality solutions specifically for Q2C initiatives.
The core competency for success in this role is a deep understanding of and specialization in the Quote-to-Cash business process and its supporting business systems and technologies, with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem and related tools critical to the revenue cycle. Beyond this essential expertise, the ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Business Analysis principles and experience across a variety of business processes and tools. A proactive and highly autonomous individual with proven experience working effectively within an agile environment will thrive in this role. Understanding adjacent business functions that integrate with the Q2C process (e.g., Pricing, Revenue Recognition, Professional Services, etc.) and their related systems will also be a significant asset.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the primary Business Analyst supporting all quote-to-cash initiatives.
- Take ownership of the business analysis deliverables and the analysis workstream for assigned projects from intake through to retrospective.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to continually prioritize work, ensuring focus on the most impactful initiatives.
- Be an expert in soliciting requirements using interviews, prototyping, workshops, questionnaires, documentation, etc., and ensure detailed project artifacts are produced and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project status updates are completed on time and communicated to the business stakeholders, and serve as a key point of contact for business stakeholders.
- Validate the completeness of Business Requirements Documents and ensure they meet all necessary requirements prior to creating user stories.
- Collaborate with the technical teams during the execution planning phase to build out user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders by integrating with their functions to better understand and address their technical needs.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork by actively identifying internal process deficiencies and areas for improvement within the quote-to-cash domain, and taking the initiative to recommend and implement solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role supporting a SaaS company
- 1 - 3 years of specialization in the quote-to-cash space
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping within the business systems ecosystem. Primarily supporting Salesforce CPQ but understanding of business process inputs and outputs (e.g., how a Sales Opportunity in Salesforce triggers downstream processes in Finance for invoicing) is important.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent business systems projects from intake through to delivery in a Kanban environment, including prioritizing stories, contributing to timeline management, and coordinating with resources.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira is essential.
- A high degree of technical aptitude across a variety of tools, with an emphasis on Salesforce and the supporting business systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effectively engaging and managing expectations across a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly within GTM and Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail, especially within complex quote-to-cash workflows.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and with a high degree of proficiency.
- Proactive and highly autonomous with proven experience working effectively within an agile environment.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
