- As Creative Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and creative execution for brand campaigns across video, written, visual, and live mediums.
- You will focus on enhancing the creative quality of branded partnerships while inspiring fellow creators and delivering innovative, results-driven solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Studio, this role will oversee the brand storytelling arm of Axios Creative House and collaborate closely with Design and Production leadership to bring engaging narratives to life.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy & Execution: Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative ideas are executed exceptionally across all formats.
- Creative Guidance: Provide strategic direction to align branded content with client goals and push for innovative concepts internally and externally.
- New Business Development: Generate ideas to pitch and win new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Visual and Written creative leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Insights & Measurement, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Industry & Trend Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance creative processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in creative production, branded content, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading creative teams across multiple formats (video, design, written).
- Proven success in pitching and delivering high-impact brand campaigns.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Deep understanding of brand development, communication strategies, and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Passion for innovation, audience engagement, and storytelling.
