Position Overview
Sylogist is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to support our nonprofit software vertical, SylogistMission. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on building and executing full-funnel campaigns from cold to closed with a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM) to drive highly targeted pipeline growth.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this position sits within our Revenue Team and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable growth. Success will be measured by contribution to the sales pipeline, MQLs, SQOs, Closed Won opportunities, and overall funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Mission sales team to align on target accounts, audience segmentation, messaging, and coordinated follow-up strategies.
- Develop and execute multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns, including ABM initiatives tailored to key accounts and personas.
- Drive ABM campaign strategy leveraging platforms like 6sense to personalize outreach, improve engagement, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Understand your ICP and craft relevant content for every stage of the buyer’s journey.
- Analyze campaign results and deliver insights that guide optimization and future initiatives.
- Partner with the Events team to promote and follow up on hosted and sponsored events, event marketing is a core part of this role.
- Manage and track the annual demand generation budget, assess performance by channel, and optimize for ROI.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience
- Experience planning and executing account-based marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to manage marketing programs across different company sizes (SMB to Enterprise)
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data-driven approach to reporting and optimization
- A curious mindset and a passion for staying ahead of marketing technology trends
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment
- Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, 6sense, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and more.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft business applications ecosystem
