Job Summary:
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for building a robust demand generation strategy focused on driving awareness, demand, and conversion through marketing programs. From planning to execution, this role will support the demand generation process and be accountable for pipeline contribution and revenue goals.
The Demand Generation Manager partners cross-functionally, inside and outside of the Marketing Team, to drive demand for each specialty market. Additionally, this role is responsible for the development of campaign testing, tracking, and reporting on campaign and lead KPIs.

- Build and scale full-funnel campaigns across paid, web, email, and experimental channels
- Drive testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis through KPIs, benchmarks, and key levers that will inform new strategies to continually improve campaign performance
- Develop personalization and optimization strategies for engaging and converting target accounts
- Partner with Industry Marketing, Events, Creatives Services, Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to translate their work into lead generating campaigns
- Develop list management and prospecting strategy for account segmentation and targeting
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
- 5+ years of demand generation or similar experience in a B2B environment
- Experience with building campaigns through paid channels, including SEM, paid social, display/retargeting, industry and association partners, and ABM platforms
- Experience with testing, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics
- Experience in email marketing and building, managing, and maintaining customer and prospect lists
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive actionable insights and decision-making
- Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex programs, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels
- Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills and attention to detail
- Advanced experience working with HubSpot, SEM, SEO, paid social, and complimentary platforms
- Remote work
- Long-distance or air travel as needed but not to exceed 10%
- Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
