Job Description

TheEnterprise Analytics Manager is a strategic and technical leadership role focused on building scalable, self-service analytics solutions that support internal departments and enterprise-wide priorities. This individual will serve as both a hands-on analytics leader and a product owner for enterprise reporting tools, with a primary focus on developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards and delivering insights that drive data-informed decision-making.


The successful candidate will demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership, a product mindset, and deep expertise in business intelligence tools and data modeling.

Essential Functions
  • Analytics & Dashboard Development:
  • Lead the development, standardization, and performance optimization of enterprise Power BI dashboards.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL to build efficient and accurate data models.
  • Set and enforce best practices to ensure data integrity, usability, and visual clarity.
  • Product Ownership & Strategic Road mapping:
  • Define and manage the roadmap for internal data and analytics products aligned to stakeholder needs and business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions while managing product backlogs and release cycles.
  • Prioritize and deliver enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and user feedback.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Collaborate across business units, engineering, and analytics teams to develop tools that generate measurable value.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide mentorship to analysts and promote a data-fluent culture across the enterprise.
  • Governance & Enablement:
  • Champion self-service analytics through development of reusable datasets and business user training.
  • Support data governance initiatives by ensuring documentation, consistency, and security compliance.


Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, including 2+ years in a leadership, team lead, or product owner role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern data modeling techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data products from ideation to release.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business insights.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing timelines, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
  • Cloud Data Tools: Familiarity with Azure-based data services (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL).
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications in analytics (e.g., DA-100, PL-300).
  • Methodology: Knowledge of agile/scrum development practices.
  • CRM Integration: Experience incorporating Salesforce or other CRM data into enterprise reporting tools.


Working Environment/Physical Demands
  • 100% Fully Remote
  • Occasional travel for company meetings or team offsites – not to exceed 10% travel.
  • Position requires extensive use of computer monitor, keyboard, and video conferencing.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and communicate via phone and video platforms regularly.
