As the fastest-growing startup ever, Wiz is on a mission to help organizations secure cloud environments that will accelerate their businesses. Trusted by security teams all over the world, we have a proven track record of success and a culture that values world-class talent.

Our Wizards from over 13 countries work together to protect the infrastructure of our hundreds of customers, including over 45% of the Fortune 100, who trust us to scan and secure over 230 billion files daily. We’re the leading player in a massive and growing market, but it’s still early enough for you to make a significant impact. At Wiz, you’ll have the freedom to think creatively, dream big, and use your full range of skills to contribute to our record growth. Come join our team and help us create secure cloud environments that allow the best companies to move faster.

As the Director, Field Productivity, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. As an integral part of the Strategic Business Partner Team, you will work lockstep with our existing GTM Enablement Business Partners to support operationalizing our customer engagement model. You will also work closely with Revenue Operations, GTM Leadership, and other critical supporting functions to transform how we engage customers and deliver value.

We're seeking someone who can navigate highly complex sales challenges and connect data to insight and action. You'll need a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process, the ability to translate operational processes, tools, systems, and performance gaps into executable programs, and the presence to influence senior leaders across functions. This role is about designing and executing change that lasts—not just quick fixes but strategic programs that evolve how our teams operate and scale.

If you're passionate about improving sales productivity, have an eye for excellence, and can lead high-impact programs, drive measurable performance improvements, and empower teams to operate at peak effectiveness, this is your opportunity to lead that transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Enablement Business Partners and Leadership to identify gaps and opportunities in the sales process and deliver programs that directly impact sales productivity & revenue.
  • Develop and scale repeatable, measurable programs that drive pipeline generation, deal velocity, and win rates.

Pipeline Growth & Conversion

  • Collaborate with BDR and Sales to design and implement enablement strategies that increase top-of-funnel activity and improve conversion through each sales cycle stage.
  • Analyse data and surface insights to inform targeted enablement interventions that impact revenue outcomes.

Frontline Manager Effectiveness

  • Partner with our Manager Development team to define frameworks, tools, and rhythms that help front-line sales managers manage performance and forecast confidently.
  • Equip managers to coach their teams through regular training, performance dashboards, and structured deal/prioritization reviews.

Sales Process & Tools Optimization

  • Identify friction points in the sales process and work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, improve CRM hygiene, and increase seller efficiency.
  • Support change management efforts around new tools, processes, or methodologies.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Work with the Analytics team to develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that give visibility into the impact of enablement and productivity initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program success, sales rep ramp time, pipeline conversion, and other key performance levers.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy and Operations, or a related GTM function, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing productivity programs that have measurably improved sales outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales motions and pipeline management, from top-of-funnel through closed-won.
  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience working with sales leaders and front-line managers on performance coaching and business management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Outreach, etc.

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased seller productivity and shortened ramp time for new hires.
  • Measurable improvement in conversion rates across key stages of the sales funnel.
  • Precise execution of a unified customer engagement model across all GTM teams.
  • Front-line managers actively coach and manage performance KPIs.
  • Scalable, repeatable programs that drive consistent execution and growth.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
