- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, navigating high value contracts and long sales cycles.
- Keep in touch with onboarded customers for potential upsell opportunities or issue resolution.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, focusing on enterprise level clients.
- Data-driven approach to sales.
- Experience in selling cloud-based and software solutions.
- Ability to manage sales with diverse buyer groups.
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales, generating your own pipeline.
- The ability to learn and understand technical concepts related to the industry and products.
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Meet and exceed quarterly quota, contributing to sales growth.
- Ability to lead and own internal projects for the better sales team performance.
