A little about Cliff:
Cliff is building a consulting service for startups looking to expand in the US market, and we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be his right hand in this exciting journey. This is a remote role, ideal for someone based in the Philippines, who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and can handle a mix of administrative, operational, and strategic responsibilities.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent English skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset. You'll assist Cliff with his daily tasks and priorities, manage key communications, and play an integral role in building the foundation of this growing business.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Administrative Tasks: Handle email correspondence, research, scheduling, calendar management, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Cliff and internal/external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend 2-3 weekly syncs with Cliff, ensuring priorities and follow-ups are clear.
- Create Presentations and Reports: Prepare impactful PowerPoint decks and QuickBooks reports.
- Support Business Development: Conduct research and assist with tasks to drive Cliff’s consulting service forward.
- Adapt to New Needs: Own operational and administrative ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
- Excel Expertise: Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and report creation.
- Trello Board Familiarity: Experience using Trello for task and project management (used daily by Cliff).
- AI & Automation Tools: Familiarity with Evy.ai, Waalaxy, and Copilot.ai.
- AI Research Skills: Ability to research and analyze content using ChatGPT and Perplexity.

Skills Required
- Almost Perfect English: Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Tech Proficiency: Strong experience with Google Suite, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Multitasking & Organization: Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years as an Executive/Personal Assistant, ideally in a remote or international setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Availability:
- Initially, the role will follow Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Later, the schedule can shift to UK hours if preferred.
