About the job

This position is needed to assist with the execution of the global executive engagement programs strategy for Twilio.

At Twilio, the Executive Engagement Programs (EEP) team connects customer executives and decision makers with the best of Twilio through bespoke events and experiences, compelling thought leadership, and executive briefing sessions. In this role you will, in collaboration with global EEP and marketing leadership, be part of a small team of strategists, business analysts, and engagement managers that supports the execution of both global and regional (EMEA/APAC) customer-facing executive program activities.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with a remote team of strategists, business analysts, and engagement managers
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with global and in-region marketing & sales leaders
  • Support the EMEA & APAC executive programs strategy and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke and high-touch events, experiences, and executive briefing sessions
  • Support the development of original thought leadership that showcases Twilio’s unique perspectives on customer engagement/experience and related topics
  • Plan and execute high-touch in-person events, including on stage / session facilitation
  • Be part of a team that works closely with Twilio customer executives to ensure alignment with Twilio’s vision and strategy, identifying gaps and new opportunities in the process
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of high-visibility executive program initiatives

Required:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years experience in customer experience strategy, consulting, or equivalent roles
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team. Will take the initiative to drive projects forward even under ambiguous circumstances.
  • Experience in program management or workstream ownership
  • Strong critical thinking, reasoning, and problem solving skills
  • Experience navigating publicly available online resources for the purpose of research
  • Ability to synthesize information/data and draw original insights and conclusions
  • Proven ability to independently manage time & prioritize work tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially in a remote work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when necessary to collaborate with colleagues and customers various time zones

Desired:

  • Experience with executive communications and exec-focused programming
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with EMEA & APAC markets in order to inform EEP activities and overall executive engagement and event strategies
  • Experience working in a product-led growth environment
  • Experience creating original focused thought leadership content, including ideation, independent research, and content development
  • Experience with data analysis & visualization
  • Experience with narrative development & storytelling

Location

This role will be remote and based in the United Kingdom or Ireland

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
