Role Overview:
As a Senior Google Ads Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms including Shopping, Search, YouTube, and PMax. This role involves developing strategies, setting up and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and working closely with creative teams to ensure the ad creatives align with campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Shopping, Search, YouTube, and PMax, ensuring they meet performance goals.
Strategy and Direction: Own end-to-end Google Ads campaign execution: strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting.
Creative Feedback: Work closely with creative teams to brief and test ad creatives.
A/B Testing: Execute and analyze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools like GA4 and MTA platforms to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance, focusing on performance and improving ROI.
Understanding Consumer Behavior: Analyze both consumer behavior and performance data to fuel growth and efficiency in advertising.
What Success Looks Like:
Cost Efficiency: Successfully optimize ad spending to achieve lower cost per action while maintaining or enhancing campaign quality and effectiveness.
Strategic Impact: Contribute significantly to the brand's market presence and customer acquisition goals through effective advertising strategies.
High ROAS: Deliver significant improvements in Return on Ad Spend through Google Ads campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience in Google Ads: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the US market for consumer products.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Merchant Center and Google Ads, including feed optimization and data analysis.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop strategic advertising plans that effectively target key audiences and meet client objectives.
Data-Driven Analytical Skills: Robust analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Communication and Reporting: Excellent communication skills, capable of creating detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to pivot strategies based on performance data and market trends, continuously seeking ways to enhance campaign performance.
