About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading KOL/influencer marketing initiatives, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
- Managing influencer relationships and executing data-driven KOL strategies
- Launching and scaling regional growth campaigns to drive adoption and revenue for web3/DEX products
- Developing and executing content marketing strategies that contribute to user acquisition and retention
- Building brand awareness across NEA markets through influencer programs and strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to localize and optimize campaigns for market fit
- User growth and revenue performance in NEA region
- Effectiveness and ROI of influencer marketing campaigns
- Brand awareness and engagement metrics across NEA
- Adoption and performance of DEX/web3 products in target markets
What We Look For In You
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, content growth, or business development, ideally in web3
- Proven track record of executing successful growth campaigns focused on user and revenue metrics
- Deep understanding of the web3/blockchain ecosystem, especially DeFi and DEX platforms
- Strong familiarity with the NEA market landscape, user behavior, and key community channels
- Hands-on experience working with KOLs/influencers and analyzing performance data
- Some fluency in English is required; fluency in a local NEA language is a strong plus
- Highly motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
