About the Role

Gummicube (an Airship company) is an App Store Optimization company that works with top app developers around the world. We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Business Development Coordinator to join our rapidly growing business. As a Business Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to impact the success of some of the biggest brands in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store!

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound leads to the company and be directly responsible for pitching and closing new inbound business
  • Respond to leads and opportunities in a timely manner, scheduling calls and introducing the prospects to the Gummicube ASO solution
  • Take notes during initial calls with prospects, create briefing agendas for opportunities and run reports to support the BD team

  • Create appropriate prep documents for executives
  • Develop relationships and maintain continuous contact with new prospects, aggregate feedback and assist with the resolution of issues
  • Be an ambassador of the company by successfully communicating Gummicube offerings to potential as well as existing partners
  • Research potential partners’ products to understand their needs and how Gummicube can help and develop your own prescriptive approach to selling
  • Quoting and negotiating the price with customers
  • Work with internal business stakeholders to identify opportunities and activities to help achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with teammates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Assist in preparing statements of work, insertion order, business proposals, perform data analyses and reporting for prospective clients

What We're Looking For

  • Experience presenting concepts and vision to senior teams and influencing their strategic thinking.
  • Excellent project management skills, extremely detail-oriented and dedicated work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet/exceed expectations executing high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel) or Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
  • SaaS software sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Team player, ability to work with cross-functional teams

Work Location & Travel Requirements

Airship’s ‘Digital First’ approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Airship believes that flexible work contributes to a more productive and more equitable work environment, and that Airshippers are able to collaborate, innovate, and support one another across different locations and timezones.

Some roles may require that employees perform their work from a specific location to support business activities, and/or be within proximity to an Airship office location or customer or partner locations, while other roles can be performed 100% remotely.

This position is fully remote and may require up to 10% travel based on business needs or as requested by your manager.

Compensation

Airship’s compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, business needs, and geography. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location.

The starting base pay range for this position is: $60,000 - $65,000 USD per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives. Airship believes that employees should have the opportunity to benefit from value-creation, so equity is also offered with this role. In addition, Airship offers a robust benefits package as part of our Total Rewards approach to compensation.
