About the Role- Join us in shaping the future of grocery. As a Manager, International Market Strategy and Planning, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the international expansion efforts of our omnichannel enterprise solutions for retailers. Empowered by a deep understanding of our platform, you'll act as a strategist for the development of our growth initiatives and sales go-to-market in new markets.

About the Job
- Lead the identification of opportunities to support enterprise expansion efforts into new markets, with a focus on Retailer Storefronts, Instacart fulfillment solutions and Caper smart carts. Activities include competitive landscape research, product market fit analysis and creation of customer segmentation strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Business Development to develop go-to-market resources including roadmap development, sales collateral creation, sales playbooks, and training materials
- Owns project coordination across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic proposals are developed comprehensively and upholds executional rigor
- Serve as the expert on our broader enterprise offering, reinforcing Instacart’s value propositions with sales teams to amplify during sales engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing and Finance to develop pipeline reports and forecasts
- Exemplify cross-functional collaboration to problem solving reflecting our value of "Go Far Together."
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt in ambiguous situations with ownership and objectivity
- Contribute to crafting long-term solutions where everyone benefits, embodying our value to “Grow the Pie.”
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in sales/account management, commercial strategy, sales operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams
- Experience working with Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Thrives in ambiguity and executes with limited oversight
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a sales support or strategy role, particularly within retail technology, e-commerce or digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with fulfillment platforms and e-commerce technologies.
- Proven track record of improving sales processes and collateral.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
