Now, we’re expanding our presence in the US and looking for an early member of ourMid-Market Account Executiveteam to help convert our strong inbound pipeline into high-value customers. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, product-led company as we scale in one of our most promising markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Own thefull sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, with a focus on mid-market accounts (<500 employees | $40k-$50k land deals | 3 months sales cycle on average)

  • Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process.

  • Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based.

  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Refine and shape our US sales motion, working alongside leadership to optimize playbooks and strategies.

  • Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping us build the foundation for future growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar).

  • Proven success inclosing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products.

  • Top performer: You have a track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team

  • Hunter mindset:You have a proven track record in outbound sales.

  • Strong ability todrive deals from inbound pipeline—we’re currently 100% inbound.

  • Bonus points:You have experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage.

  • Experience working withtechnical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in afast-moving, remote-first startup environment.

  • Open to traveling and participating in onboarding with the team in NYC when required.
