Job Description

Hey there.

We’re an innovative staffing agency dedicated to connecting top international talent with exceptional companies in the US.

This specific role is not an external role for one of our clients but rather an internal role where you'd be reporting to our BD Manager. She's cool.

We're hiring anOutbound Sales Representative to join our team and report to our Business Development Manager. This is a fully remote role focused exclusively oncold calling andappointment setting with potential clients.

This is ahigh-energy, phone-based role where confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills are key. If you thrive on making calls, handling objections, and securing meetings, this role is for you.

Career growth: this role is ideal for someone who, probably 5 years from now, wants to become an Account Executive or a Team Leader.

Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Appointment Setting

  • Make outbound calls to engage decision-makers and set appointments.

  • Overcome objections effectively and confidently.

  • Ensure a high conversion rate from calls to held meetings.

  • Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure a high attendance rate for scheduled calls.

CRM & Documentation

  • Log all calls, notes, and appointments accurately in the CRM.

  • Track outreach performance and adjust strategies as needed.

What Success Looks Like

  • High Appointment Rate – Consistently book qualified meetings.

  • Effective Cold Calling – Maintain strong conversion rates from calls to booked appointments.

  • Show-Up Rate – Ensure a high percentage of booked meetings happen.

Qualifications

✔️Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cold calling and appointment-setting.
✔️Phone Confidence: Strong, engaging, and professional communication skills.
✔️Objection Handling: Ability to stay composed and persuasive under pressure.
✔️Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and call-tracking software.
✔️Self-motivated: Proactive and disciplined in a fully remote setting.
