About the Role
As a Partner Excellence Manager (EMEA), you will play a key role in equipping partners and internal teams with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to drive success in the region. You will be responsible for building enablement resources, localizing global programs, and delivering seamless training experiences that align with Wiz's partner strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement Programs
- Develop and execute regionally tailored enablement programs that support product launches and help partners effectively position Wiz solutions.
- Organize partner training sessions to educate partners on Wiz’s solutions, sales strategies, and market opportunities.
- Align enablement programs with product marketing, sales, and business development priorities to support regional partner growth.
- Track partner readiness and success using RAMP and performance metrics to measure engagement and impact.
Content Creation
- Create and manage partner playbooks, tools, and resources that align with Wiz’s sales process.
- Support the development of partner-focused eLearning modules to enhance sales knowledge and training accessibility.
- Drive targeted enablement initiatives for strategic partners and verticalized go-to-market motions.
Partner Engagement & Events
- Lead partner involvement in key Wiz events such as Sales Kick-Off (SKO), Halftime, and other regional summits, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Work with the Global Revenue Enablement team to develop compelling partner-focused content for both internal and external engagements.
- Plan and execute webinars, QBRs, and partner enablement events to maintain engagement and education.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, or sales enablement, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of the partner landscape, including system integrators, MSSPs, and resellers.
- Experience building enablement content, delivering training programs, and coordinating partner sales events.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partner teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus!
