Job Summary
As a Product Manager at Nextech, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SaaS products in ambulatory specialty care. You will be responsible leading the prioritization, planning, and execution of respective products, working in partnership with the Product Lead, Technical Owner, Squad members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams ensure the successful delivery of user-centric solutions. Working in an agile product development environment, the Product Manager will continuously assess and synthesize customer needs, other market demands and organizational goals and priorities to make continuous adjustments to the product roadmap. The Product Manager will also play a key role in coordinating go-to-market across the organization, including sales, marketing, services, and support.

- Essential Functions:In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and synthesize organizational goals and priorities, as it pertains to the respective product portfolio
- Gather insights into Customer priorities and market imperatives and turning these into structured inputs towards prioritization and roadmap decisions
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Partner with Squad Technical Owner in sprint planning and other agile ceremonies
- Communicate product roadmaps both internally and to clients and industry analysts
- Partner with leadership to develop robust business cases for proposed product roadmap items including:
- financial analysis, market opportunities assessment and ROI projections.
- Lead customer needs discovery activities to gain insights into their needs and priorities and translate findings into product requirements – e.g. development of epics, stories, story boards and mockups
- Champion a user-centric approach to product development, incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the design and development process.
- Translate insights into epics and stories and developing and managing the backlog
- Work with UX/UI team to develop mockups and story boards for validation exercises with clients and subject matter experts
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulatory trends and compliance as it relates to, but not limited to, certifications and internal organization training
- Partner with Squad Technical Owners to continuously groom the backlog
- Work closely with internal compliance team to understand industry regulatory requirements and translating those requirements into epics and stories
- Communicate regulatory needs and changes to both internal and external stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop educational materials, webinars, and trainings
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop robust and competitive pricing, messaging, and positioning ahead of all Go-To-Markets (GTM)
- Identify industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform pricing, messaging, and positioning
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Additional duties as assigned based on business need
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience preferably in the healthcare practice space
- Proven track record as a Product Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry, with experience in ambulatory specialty care and a clinical focus on aesthetics.
- Ability to engage with business (practice) owners, accounting professionals and back-office personnel
- Ability to bring to surface and synthesize client needs and pain-points
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work across functional team in a collaborative manner
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute on day-to-day operational activities with clients and other functional areas
- Knowledge of industry regulatory trends and compliance as it relates to, but not limited to, certifications and internal organization training
- Undergraduate degree
- Exposure to working with ambulatory practices
- Experience in Aesthetics (MedSpa, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development
- Pragmatic Marketing Certified
- Work from home environment
