Job Description

The Project Manager – OncoGenius (within the Product Solutions Franchise) works cross-functionally across the OncoGenius franchise (BD, Advisor Management, Product Development, Client Delivery Operations, and Survey Operations) ensuring the consistent tracking, measurement, and on-time delivery of on-going Client projects and incoming Client request through ownership of our project management process. You ensure consistent delivery of client work.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

PM Functions: 40% of time

  • Manage day-to-day operations across delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow and optimal efficiency.
  • Create and own the Vantage delivery operations calendar. Adjust and maintain on a daily basis to ensure on time delivery.
  • Lead and facilitate internal team meetings with delivery operations to ensure all Vantage deliverables are delivered to the client on time.
  • Ensure internal team members adhere to the organizations’ systems and procedures for executing deliverables. Information leveraged for KPI’s is complete and accurate.
  • Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any deviations from the plan.
  • Prepare materials and record meetings related to project management, capacity planning and operation / client onboarding initiatives. Assist in developing and maintaining internal project management documentation and training.
  • Ensure Incoming Requests are captured, prioritized, and routed to proper cross-functional team members
  • Assist in developing the shell of the client deliverable on an as needed basis.
  • Assist in developing the Provider Profile Data file deliverable on an as needed basis.
  • Facilitate and Lead SOP creation processes within the delivery team

Advisory Management functions: 40% of time

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to retain OG advisor network of ~100
  • Attend 1-2 conferences per year to build, maintain and recruit relationships
  • Ensure minimum threshold of survey respondents maintained for OncoGenius projects
  • Ensure appropriate honoraria aligned to marketplace benchmarks and administered in an efficient manner
  • Process ~90+ honorarium payments per month in Salesforce
    • Maintaining a log of payments for each project via Excel
    • Managing W9 and direct deposit inquiries
  • Survey support and communication for advisory members
  • Creating ~100 retake as new response links per month via Excel, ensuring each link is unique to each advisor for Vantage deployment.
  • Sending via mail merge in Microsoft Word
  • Advisor recruitment
  • Managing the recruitment process each week
    • Identifying high priority client accounts
    • Utilizing LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to identify pharmacy individuals
    • Managing the spreadsheet track via Excel

PM Responsibilities Ad-hoc / Syndicated Reports: 20% of time

  • Develop Ad-Hoc project timelines, manage and lead internal/external kick-off calls, send meeting recap notes, etc.
  • Develop Syndicated Report for project timelines, manage internal meetings for project updates, etc.
  • Manage and lead advisor recruitment for ad-hoc projects + honorarium processing
  • Educate team members when questions arise on company or client process
  • Flag team members who are not complying with process and course correct as needed
  • Trouble-shoot process or system related questions with internal team members
  • Contributing to initiatives designed to improve existing processes.

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study (i.e. Business/Health Management, Engineering)
  • 2+ year's experience in healthcare, pharma related roles

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in program and project management and knowledge of the field's key concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong working knowledge of a project management system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred:

  • Working experience with Project Management Systems

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$60,000$90,000 USD
