About the Opportunity

Salsify’s Network team is on a mission to grow and scale the world’s most trusted, open, and complete product data network. As a Network Strategy and Operations Analyst, you’ll support our Network team by developing and managing reporting dashboards and providing data-driven insights.

How you’ll make an impact

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will:

  • Build out reporting dashboards to analyze key metrics and provide valuable insights for use with external customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs.
  • Uncover data-driven insights and create modeling to support long-term network growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytic / quantitative field such as business, economics, finance, or engineering - or have sufficient experience and knowledge required for the role.
  • Proficient in SQL (ability to write queries to extract data), or have demonstrated aptitude in similar database extraction language(s).
  • Skilled in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, functions, basic modeling, and simple data visualization.
  • Familiarity with reporting dashboards: how to build & maintain them, determine when they are needed, and operationalize them.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, including the ability to break down a problem, logically structure thoughts, identify key questions, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to synthesize data and present findings concisely.

The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, flexible spending accounts, flexible PTO, and more. Offers to join Salsify are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate’s work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.
US National Pay Range
$116,875$137,500 USD
