Focused on e-commerce, the company helps individuals unlock the performance and appearance potential of their vehicles. With a team of 20 employees, they aim to expand their remote sales team and are looking for a skilled SDR to engage directly with warm leads, website visitors, and existing customers. The company’s customer base is primarily in the U.S., with a strong emphasis on Spanish-speaking clients.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads, website visitors, and existing customers through phone calls, texts, and emails. The primary focus will be on engaging with leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into customers. This position requires hands-on experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, managing a CRM, and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive products and be comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Outreach
Reach out to warm leads, website visitors, and existing customers via phone calls and text messages, with a primary focus on calls and texts.
Engage with prospects, answer questions, and educate them on the company’s product offerings.
Utilize email for follow-ups when necessary, ensuring all communication channels are leveraged effectively.
Pipeline Management
Use HubSpot CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
Continuously update the sales pipeline to ensure leads are progressing through the stages of the sales cycle.
Maintain a focus on lead conversion and work towards set appointment and sales targets.
Customer Conversion
Convert engaged leads into customers by clearly explaining the value of the products and helping them through the buying process.
Build strong relationships with leads, ensuring a personalized experience that aligns with their needs.
Follow up regularly to ensure customers’ needs are met and to encourage repeat business.
Collaboration & Reporting
Report regularly to the sales team, providing updates on lead status, conversion rates, and sales activities.
Collaborate with other team members to improve outreach strategies and enhance the overall sales process.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, with a proven track record in lead engagement and conversion.
Strong experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar platforms to manage and track sales activities.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of automotive parts and car enthusiast products.
Proficiency in English, with Spanish fluency a strong plus for engaging the company’s Spanish-speaking customer base.

Demonstrate strong customer engagement through phone calls and text communication, ensuring high lead satisfaction.
Successfully contribute to the company’s growth by converting engaged leads into long-term customers.
Provide valuable insights into customer needs and pain points, helping improve the sales process.
Help refine and optimize the D2C sales approach, with a focus on increasing conversions and customer retention.
