Your Role:
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and warm transfer calls from lead providers and marketing partners.
- Quickly qualify customer interest and intent, and schedule appointments for sales reps.
- Build rapport and excitement on calls—setting the stage for a successful first meeting.
- Confirm scheduled appointments via outbound calls.
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but not yet booked.
- Re-engage aged CRM leads through outbound outreach as needed.
- Help build and refine call scripts, objection handling guides, and qualification flows.
- Lead role play sessions and live coaching for intake reps.
- Monitor call performance (booking rates, quality scores) and report insights to leadership.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by bringing voice-of-customer feedback into team processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a call center, lead intake, appointment setting, or inside sales role.
- Experience in residential solar or roofing.
- 1+ year experience in a lead or coaching role within a team environment (formal title not required—if you acted as the "go-to" rep, we want to hear about it).
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly, ask great qualifying questions, and handle objections professionally.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with light daily oversight.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software.
- Ownership mentality—you think beyond the script and find ways to continuously improve.
Compensation & Benefits
- $800-$1250 depending on experience with $500 bonus at 90 days
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
