Our client is a fast-growing SaaS startup revolutionizing how U.S. job shops manage sales and marketing through an innovative online quote portal. Their platform streamlines quoting, optimizes idle machine capacity, improves customer communication, and enables self-service reorders and document access. This solution is transforming how job shops compete and win business. They are seeking a driven Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle and close significant recurring revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in startups and is passionate about pipeline building and deal closing.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting:
Generate qualified opportunities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach methods.
Follow up with and close appointments booked by lead generation partners.Sales Cycle Management:
Conduct discovery calls and product demos independently.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing.Pipeline Development & Reporting:
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with qualified opportunities valued at $30K ARR+.
Update CRM accurately with all sales activities, pipeline stages, and prospect data.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with marketing and the CEO to refine sales messaging based on prospect feedback.
Provide regular feedback and insights from prospects to improve sales strategy and processes.
What Success Looks Like:
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets based on ARR.
Close deals successfully with job shops and manufacturers, understanding their pain points deeply.
Deliver compelling demos communicating product value effectively.
Maintain accurate, timely CRM records reflecting all sales activities.
Actively contribute to sales strategy refinement through feedback and market insights.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or manufacturing technology.
Strong hunter mentality; self-starter who enjoys outbound prospecting.
Fluent English communication skills (written, phone, video).
Experience independently running discovery and demo calls.
Highly organized, goal-driven, and metrics-oriented.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling to manufacturers or job shops.
Familiarity with ERP systems like Fulcrum, JobBoss, ProShop, E2, or similar.
Knowledge of precision machining, fabrication, or manufacturing supply chain processes.
