DoorDash Drive is our company's hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. We are revolutionizing the delivery experience for merchants and customers by offering the next generation of fulfillment services. We’re looking for someone to join the Drive New Verticals team to rapidly scale our next big bet in logistics. This GTM team works closely with multiple cross functional partners to incubate new service offerings and quickly launch new Merchants and revenue on our platform.
You will drive the GTM strategy for new revenue for one of our newest business lines. You will quickly become an expert about our product, operations, and Merchants. You will be on the forefront of expansion and revenue growth; building models, creating documents, and implementing processes to win deals, accelerate the sales cycle, and drive profitable volume to the platform. You will perform comprehensive analysis and make insightful recommendations about our business strategy with the ultimate goal of helping DoorDash disrupt a new industry. This role reports directly to the Strategy & Operations Associate Manager.
- Strategize – Understand the needs of our partners, prioritize those needs by impact, assess tradeoffs, and design solutions to drive both speed and quality outcomes
- Build – Bring structure to undefined opportunities by creating and implementing high-impact playbooks, models, processes, and tools that help us grow new business more quickly and effectively
- Analyze – Solve key problems with a data-driven, first-principles approach (identification, sizing, pricing, impact, root causing, trade offs)
- Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Business Development, Logistics, and Product teams to rapidly scale new business
- Possess strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Have strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams
- Act with urgency and take ownership; you quickly jump on the most important issues and you are capable of driving multiple work streams simultaneously
- Are excited about challenging, ambiguous problems and understand when to go to the lowest level of detail to drive results
- Are curious about the business and how things work; you ask great questions and are not afraid to challenge the status-quo
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree
We expect this position to be filled by 9/1/25.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
