Who we are

Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot.

About the Team
Design is at the core of Typeform. Our product started with a bold idea and we’ve stayed true to that spirit ever since. We make deliberate choices—through design and technology—to improve the customer experience and keep pace in a fast-changing world.

Join Typeform’s Product Design team and you’ll be part of a tight-knit, thoughtful, and collaborative group working remotely across the UK and Europe. We care deeply about what we build, how we build it, and the people we build it with. To us, Typeform is more than just a product—it’s something we’re proud to shape every day.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to help ship strategic features that unlock growth—specifically within our Marketing SKU. You’ll be focused on improving the experience of our core blocks and submissions flow, driving increases in activation rates and customer satisfaction across key target segments.

You’ll join a high-functioning, cross-functional team that’s already well-established and working smoothly. The role has opened up due to an internal promotion, and while the scope is well-defined, you’ll still have plenty of space to leave your mark on a critical part of the product.

You’ll work alongside a Principal Product Designer and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring bold ideas to life.

Things You Will Do

  • Identify, execute, and iterate on ways to improve the core blocks experience and solve meaningful customer problems
  • Create clean, visually compelling UX and UI designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design stakeholders
  • Plan and run user research, with or without support from our Research function
  • Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions
  • Leverage and contribute to our Design System
  • Work across product groups to deliver cohesive and thoughtful experiences

What You Already Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally within SaaS
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident working across the full design process, from discovery through execution
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and integrating feedback into your designs
  • Proficient in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Familiarity with Design Systems and experience contributing to them
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly as needed
  • Experience designing for marketers or marketing tools is a plus
  • A solid portfolio that showcases your end-to-end design work
  • Fluent in English

*Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe. We move as one team, empowering our collective efforts by valuing each individual’s unique perspective. This fosters strong bonds grounded in respect, transparency, and trust. We champion our diverse customer base by anticipating their needs and addressing their challenges with priority. Committed to excellence, we hold high expectations for ourselves and each other, continuously striving to deliver exceptional results.

We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and stand firmly against discrimination and harassment of any kind—whether based on race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. Everyone is welcome here.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
