Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is a generalist who is able to tackle any type of hiring challenge. You will play a critical role in building world class teams that are disrupting and shaping the future of retail/commerce. You will be a strategic thought partner to the business, and have a focus on strong analytical capabilities to drive high velocity and high quality hiring. Additionally, you will champion for Quince's employer brand, effectively communicate the company's mission, values, and unique value proposition to candidates, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for any role
  • Partner with VP, Directors, etc. to build world class organizations; be a strategic thought partner
  • Define and drive process building through levels of ambiguity in a scrappy, fast paced environment
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world class teams and continuously improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
  • Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to source 100+ quality candidates per week while running full life cycle
  • Minimum 5+ years of full cycle technical and/or performance marketing recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing and offer negotiation capabilities
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to executive-level positions
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Global hiring experience is a huge plus

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

$60,000$200,000 USD
