Mission

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Engine, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our business processes and maximizing the effectiveness of our Salesforce platform. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

  • Enhancing Platform Efficiency: Oversee key administrative functions, including profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, and system maintenance to drive seamless operations.
  • Optimizing Workflows: Implement and customize page layouts, flows, validation rules, formula fields, and other declarative features to improve user experience and productivity.
  • Ensuring System Integrity: Conduct internal system audits, manage upgrades, and maintain platform security to support business scalability.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and implement improvements, ensuring Salesforce aligns with company goals.
  • Managing Integrations: Oversee third-party applications and integrations within the GTM tech stack, ensuring smooth connectivity across marketing automation, sales enablement, and other essential tools.
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: Monitor Salesforce releases, recommend new functionalities, and implement updates to leverage the platform’s full potential.

What You’ll Bring to Engine

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Certifications: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator is a plus
    Skills: Strong analytical mindset with expertise in declarative development (flows, validation rules, etc.).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutions.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork, delivering results that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with GTM tech stack applications and integrations.
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a “get stuff done” attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

This is a full-time contractor position for candidates based within Latin America only.
