Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
We are looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, guided by Sales Operations Leadership and experienced Salesforce Developers in our RevOps team.
- Lead Salesforce Development: Develop and maintain Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
- Drive process improvements: Adapt and update Salesforce architecture as-needed to maintain continuity of operations and support the growth of the business
- Application development: Basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, integration, and regression testing; debug issues and ensure system stability.
- UAT & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead UAT testing, gather feedback, and work with stakeholders to ensure system acceptance.
- Coding Best Practices & Data Quality: Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain system architecture, API, and operational documentation.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, certified Salesforce Platform Developer & knowledge of Data Cloud architecture.
- Skills: You’re a problem-solver with HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.
This is a full-time position for candidates based within Latin America only
