Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst & Administrator to lead the optimization, configuration, and administration of our Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and other business units. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to bridge business needs with Salesforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, use cases, and user stories.
- Drive system improvements and automation initiatives based on business needs.
Salesforce Administration
- Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce environments.
- Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, data integrity, and security settings.
- Oversee sandbox management and release deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
Strategic & Technical Leadership
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce best practices.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and supporting end users.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder.
- Excellent requirements-gathering and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Business Analyst Certification.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, and Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations
