We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead and expand our Salesforce platform across sales, marketing, and support teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, enjoys architecting scalable solutions, and is excited to help drive the adoption of Salesforce AI features and automation. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and a strong business mindset. This role will play a key part in driving adoption, improving productivity, and launching the new Salesforce Platform (Einstein 1), Data Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex Triggers, Classes, Controllers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware/IPaaS, and custom web services
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Flow Orchestration, and Next Best Action on Salesforce platform
- Develop custom integrations with third-party security tools, CRM extensions, and risk management systems
- Partner with marketing and sales operations to automate lead management, campaign tracking, and analytics
- Build predictive workflows and ML-supported automations to improve user efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Tech Support, and Business Ops to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins on configuration, security, and org-wide changes.
- Support data model design, data integrity, and complex data migrations
- Maintain platform security best practices, user permissions, and field-level security
- Uses good judgement on the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that best fit the constraints of the project
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to junior developers and administrators
- Manage the Salesforce release cycle; test, validate, and deploy changes using CI/CD practices
- Perform regular health checks and troubleshoot system issues
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex orgs
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow Builder, and API integration
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator) is a plus
- Team player who has strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
