We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solutions Architect with experience in the development of complex software solutions related to big data processing and high load to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, efficient, and scalable solutions for our internal platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure that solutions are aligned with the company's strategic goals and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and communicate scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that align with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the continuous improvement of the architecture.
- Conduct architectural reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in the development of IT strategies, technology and project roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions are designed for performance, security, scalability, and high availability.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues as they arise.
- Identify and communicate risks early in the design and development stages, and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices, including Agile and DevOps.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms. Prior experience with AWS is a plus.
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python). Prior experience with PHP is a plus.
- Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Proficiency in documenting and visualizing system designs using various tools and approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SEI, SAFE or similar are highly desirable.
- Strong English knowledge (Upper Intermediate +)
