The Role

Are you an experienced UX Researcher with a deep passion for wealth management and a keen eye for innovation? We seek an outstanding individual to join our rapidly growing Fintech company as a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher. Our company specializes in innovative wealth management solutions, and we are counting on your expertise to help shape our product development and drive business outcomes.

As a user researcher, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our users' needs and expectations, ensuring our products deliver the best possible experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, you will drive user research and leverage these insights to inform product decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end UX research projects, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Collaborate with product teams and designers to define research questions, develop comprehensive research plans, and prioritize research initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Translate research insights into concrete recommendations to influence product strategy and guide design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach
  • Communicate the value of UX by presenting research findings and strategic recommendations. Encourage alignment on priorities and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our user base, staying abreast of industry trends and analyzing competitors' offerings to drive continuous product innovation
  • Promote a culture of ongoing learning and development, including mentoring more junior team members

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably within the Fintech or wealth management industry
  • Strong expertise in various research methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry
  • Proficiency in analyzing user research data to derive significant insights and drive decision-making and product improvements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on applying user-centered design principles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field
