About the Role
As aTechnical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in growing our team, owning full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives in an early-stage startup environment and is eager to build strong talent pipelines.

What You’ll Do
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, technical communities, and other social platforms to engage top talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
Maintain and optimize our ATS (Ashby) to track, manage, and report on recruiting metrics.
Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with our company values and technical requirements.
Provide detailed, thoughtful feedback to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a high-touch communication process.
Build and nurture a strong pipeline of technical candidates, keeping them engaged for future opportunities.
Continuously improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus onengineering and technical hires.
Experience recruiting inearly-stage startups, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Strong sourcing skills, with deep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing channels.
Experience working withATS platforms like Ashby and leveraging data to improve hiring processes.
Detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate interactions.
Passion for building high-performing teams and contributing to a strong company culture.
