Our client is a fast-growing company providing innovative financial services focused on investment and capital management. They are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support executive and marketing operations. This role requires versatility, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to manage personal logistics for the CEO, marketing admin tasks, and light bookkeeping.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage calendars, email correspondence, and personal logistics for the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Marketing Operations: Assist with marketing data entry, lead management, and communication with stakeholders and team members.
Administrative Duties: Take detailed meeting minutes, answer incoming calls professionally, and support document preparation including marketing assets such as decks, flyers, and banners.
Bookkeeping Support: Perform light bookkeeping tasks including managing numbers and basic financial record-keeping.
Office Software Proficiency: Use Office 365 tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to create and update presentations and reports.
Qualifications
1+ years experience as a virtual assistant or in executive/admin support.
Strong proficiency in Office 365 suite; detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Fluent English, written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
Background in marketing operations or administration is highly advantageous.
Flexible, able to multitask, and eager to take on diverse responsibilities across personal and business functions.
