Account Executive - Small Business (Switzerland)

Your Role at Eye

Your Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for our customers in the small business segment (up to 100 employees)

  • You acquire new customers in the DACH region and guide them through the process of closing (SaaS) software deals

  • You maintain and develop existing client relationships while actively acquiring new customers to continuously grow our network

  • You collaborate with (channel) partners and co-present compelling value to potential clients

  • You serve as the primary point of contact for customers, acting as a bridge between technical teams and clients

  • You are responsible for building strategic, long-term partnerships with clients to continuously improve their information security

Your Profile:

  • You have initial experience in sales, ideally in a SaaS company

  • You have a strong affinity for sales and a customer-first mindset

  • You’ve heard of sales methodologies and are eager to dive into the world of high-growth sales (MEDDIC/MEDDPIC)

  • You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, and place high value on quality and teamwork

  • You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written

  • You are open to occasional travel
