Your Role at Eye
Eye Security is one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity scale-ups, founded in 2020 by three former employees of the Dutch intelligence service. Our mission is to protect the digital assets of SMEs across Europe. With an innovative portfolio under the Eye Cyber Guard product suite, Eye Security offers tailored cybersecurity solutions through a subscription-based SaaS model. Our offerings include Managed Detection and Response, Incident Response, Attack Surface Management, Security Awareness Services, and Cyber Insurance, serving a customer base of over 850 companies. Currently, more than 180 ambitious IT professionals work at Eye Security across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Your Responsibilities:
You will act as a “Trusted Advisor” for our clients and serve as a reliable sparring partner for C-level decision-makers.
You will manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying strategic opportunities to negotiating SaaS contracts in the six- to seven-figure range.
You will nurture and expand existing customer relationships while actively acquiring new clients to continuously grow our network.
You will orchestrate multi-stakeholder projects with channel partners, system integrators, and internal expert teams to deliver comprehensive security concepts.
You will advise clients on technical, organizational, and regulatory matters (e.g., KRITIS, ISO 27001, TISAX, BSI Basic Protection).
You will be responsible for the strategic and long-term collaboration with clients to continuously improve information security.
Your Profile:
You are a hunter
You have 3–4 years of experience in the SaaS cybersecurity industry
You have a strong affinity for sales and a customer-centric approach
You possess in-depth knowledge of sales methodologies, ideally MEDDIC/MEDDPIC
You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, and value quality and teamwork
You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
You are willing to travel approximately 20% of your time
