Business Analyst (Contract)

We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the enhancement and expansion of our ServiceNow Employee Center Pro platform. This role will focus on gathering, validating, and translating business requirements into actionable outcomes that improve the employee experience and drive digital self-service adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Facilities, Legal, and other functions to gather and document business requirements

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand current pain points and desired outcomes

Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure solution alignment

Identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions within Employee Center Pro

Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements are met and tested

Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and decisions
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Employee Center Pro, portals, knowledge management, and case management modules

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to create clear documentation, process flows, and user stories

Comfortable working in an Agile environment

Experience with UX principles and service design a plus
Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Business Analyst or Implementation certification

Familiarity with employee experience programs and digital transformation initiatives

Background in HR, ITSM, or cross-functional digital workplace initiatives
