Who We Are
About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local KOLs, ensuring alignment with OKX’s brand and strategic objectives, and build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition
- Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with crypto influencers
- Design and execute tailored campaigns with KOLs to target specific audiences and maximize impact
- Localize global marketing campaigns to align with the cultural and market-specific nuances of the region
- Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand in LATAM
- Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and user aquisition
- Analyze campaign metrics and KOL performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives
What We Look For In You
- 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- Experience building large affiliate networks
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency space and enthusiasm for blockchain technology.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
