Who We Are
About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead the KOL and affiliate marketing strategy across LATAM, aligned with overall regional growth objectives.
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of Business Developers focused on KOL partnerships, influencer marketing, and affiliate acquisition.
- Identify and build high-impact relationships with top-tier influencers, crypto communities, and affiliate networks.
- Design and oversee localized, data-driven influencer campaigns to drive user growth and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Growth, Product, Brand, Legal, Ops) to launch integrated campaigns and ensure alignment across functions.
- Optimize KOL and affiliate performance using campaign analytics and performance dashboards.
- Develop scalable onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking processes for new KOLs and affiliates.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior to identify new opportunities and improve strategy.
What We Look For In You
- 5+ years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or affiliate partnerships—preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech.
- Proven success managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment.
- In-depth knowledge of KOL and affiliate acquisition channels, metrics, and best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns through data and performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM crypto landscape and key players in the space.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and globally distributed team.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, PartnerStack, or other affiliate/KOL management platforms.
- Previous experience scaling influencer or ambassador programs in new markets.
