We’re scaling quickly and looking for a Contract NP Recruiter to join us for a 90–120 day contract and help us find the very best Nurse Practitioners specializing in women’s health—particularly midlife care, perimenopause, and menopause. This is a chance to make a direct impact on a mission that matters.
🔍 What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruitment for Women's Health NPs, focusing on those experienced in midlife care, perimenopause, and menopause

Source, screen, and close high-quality candidates in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment

Partner closely with internal teams to stay aligned on clinical priorities and geographic coverage

Keep pipelines full, qualified, and ready to move—across multiple states

✅ What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) — all experience must be directly related to NP recruitment (Required)
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting environment
- Prior recruiting experience in a startup or agency setting — you’re used to fast pace, shifting priorities, and high expectations
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close Nurse Practitioners, particularly those with experience in women’s midlife health (perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and deliver results
