SUMMARY
Wiz is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and lead solving complex organizational challenges through people-related efforts. Are you a decisive leader with strong collaboration skills who thrives in a rapidly changing environment?
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization, reporting to the Head of Global HR
- Lead, build, and develop our AMER HRBP team, while partnering closely with global colleagues
- Manage HR projects from end-to-end, including engaging with key stakeholders to execute projects successfully
- Build HR programs and processes to create positive experiences for our leaders and employees at scale, including helping to build out our COEs
- Identify, proactively, gaps and opportunities in the business through understanding our business models and interpreting organizational health metrics – creating, implementing, and executing on action plans and solutions
- Serve as an escalation point for complex HR issues, including change management, organizational design, employee relations, and more
What You’ll Bring
- An undergraduate degree or international equivalent, ideally in business administration, human resource management, or similar
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with 5+ years partnering with Senior Leadership (including executive level) and 3+ years leading HRBP teams
- Proven success working in a globally matrixed, high growth organization, preferably in tech
- Strong change management, relationship-building, and conflict management skills
- Player/Coach mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute
- Excellent communication, consulting, collaboration, and coaching skills
- Experience creating and implementing HR programs, processes, and practices in a distributed model

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
