Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for our next Executive Assistant to support our Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Global Go-To-Market team! This individual will be dedicated to organizing and coordinating a range of administrative and project management functions for the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting the GGTM team’s initiatives, and assisting in the coordination of various internal and external events and logistics.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Marketing and Corporate Affairs Officer and Global Go-To-Market (GGTM) team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Manage scheduling for the GGTM team, including meetings, team events, and key milestones.
- Work closely with the GGTM leadership team to prioritize tasks and support strategic objectives
- Coordinate and facilitate the logistics of internal meetings and company-wide events, such as All Hands meetings, including aligning agendas and assigning presenters for their assigned sections.
- Arrange travel for the GGTM team, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation efficiently.
- Support GGTM initiatives, by tracking timelines and deliverables and ensuring alignment across team members.
- Partner with internal teams to gather resources and drive project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and offer proactive solutions to keep things on track.
- Coordinate logistics for external partnerships and events, ensuring all arrangements, from venue bookings to vendor management, are executed flawlessly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for event-related inquiries, providing timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of materials, presentations, and communication for events and external partnerships.
- Act as a liaison between the GGTM team and other internal departments, facilitating clear communication and alignment on shared goals.
- Help cascade strategic decisions, priorities, and updates to the GGTM team as a whole, ensuring that all team members have a clear understanding of goals, initiatives, and expectations. Examples of this include recaps of GGTM All Hands, updates after QBRs, etc.
- Support various cross-functional projects that require organizational coordination, including product launches and other go-to-market efforts.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a fast-paced, global technology environment.
- Education: Minimum B.A.
- Project Management: Strong ability to execute multifaceted projects with minimal supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to anticipate opportunities and challenges and propose solutions.
- Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, and Google’s suite of tools
- Confidentiality & Discretion: High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Technology: Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like ClickUp/Asana.

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $86,500—$129,500 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
