We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial leader to head our Game Innovation & Partnerships department. The primary goal of this role is to expand our portfolio by discovering and developing the next generation of hit mobile games. You will be responsible for building a team to create and test game prototypes, identifying high-potential concepts, and partnering with early-stage studios to bring innovative games to market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our portfolio and secure a first-mover advantage in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Build and lead the Game Innovation team to develop and test game prototypes based on emerging trends and popular games.
Oversee the rapid prototyping process to validate game concepts and identify high-potential opportunities.
Analyze market trends and player behavior to anticipate new gameplay innovations and emerging genres.
Scout and identify promising early-stage games and studios for partnership opportunities.
Negotiate partnership agreements with small studios and developers to co-develop and launch innovative games.
Manage department’s internal team (Product Development, User Acquisition, Monetization) to ensure successful game scaling and market fit.
Develop and execute strategies to secure first-mover advantages in new game genres.
Set and manage KPIs for the department, ensuring alignment with the company's growth and profitability goals.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in game development, publishing, or product leadership roles.
Proven track record in scouting and developing hit games or managing successful game partnerships.
Strong understanding of mobile gaming market trends and player preferences.
Experience in building and managing teams focused on rapid prototyping.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
Advanced data analysis skills to identify opportunities and assess market potential.
Experience in early-stage game development or startup environments.
Familiarity with game analytics and A/B testing processes.
