Your Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our relationships with major platform partners. This is a strategic, high-impact position where your focus will be on nurturing key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging data insights to drive mutual success.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with platform representatives and key stakeholders

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering a seamless, value-driven partnership experience

Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue

Leverage data and insights to shape account strategies and optimize performance

Prepare and present regular performance reviews and tailored growth roadmaps

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, and customer success teams to ensure an integrated partner experience

Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new value propositions
What You’ll Need:

3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or partnerships, ideally in a B2C or subscription-based online environment

Demonstrated success in growing key accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for relationship-building

Analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies

Confidence in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously

Fluent English communication skills—written and verbal; other languages are a plus
Nice If You Have:

Experience in the HR Tech industry

Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Understanding of subscription models and user engagement metrics

Background in a startup or fast-growing tech company

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
