Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Ingestion Management:
Own the full licensor content ingestion workflow—from contract signature to tech team handoff.
Monitor, manage, and improve timelines to ensure 100% ingestion success.
Set and track measurable ingestion benchmarks; troubleshoot delays quickly.
Interface directly with vendors managing ingestion deliverables.
Process Optimization & Vendor Management:
Analyze ingestion spend; identify cost-saving and strategic improvements.
Create SOPs, onboarding guides, and documentation to reduce licensor onboarding time by 50%.
Conduct regular process audits; implement improvements to reduce cycle times.
Source, evaluate, and manage vendors, aiming to reduce costs by at least 25% quarterly.
Systems & Automation:
Oversee tools like Pylon and Jira for ticketing, Salesforce for data management, and Metabase for database access.
Manage (not implement) automation tools to streamline workflows.
Familiarity with Amazon AWS and CLI is a strong bonus but not required.
Build and maintain ingestion dashboards and tracking systems to monitor progress and flag issues proactively.
Licensor Relationship Management:
Serve as primary contact for licensors post-signing—initiate onboarding within 24 hours.
Lead and scale customer support with clear SLAs and high responsiveness.
Maintain licensor satisfaction, targeting 95%+ scores via ongoing support and proactive problem-solving.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Align with sales, tech, and operations teams via regular syncs and reporting.
Provide insights for internal improvements; help optimize sample builds with the tech team.
Deliver regular performance reporting and operational updates.

Metabase for database access (familiarity helpful, not required)
Amazon AWS & CLI (a strong bonus)
Qualifications
3+ years in operations, project management, or workflow optimization roles
Experience managing external stakeholders such as licensors or vendors
Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting skills
Native English fluency with excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
