About the Role
At Rula, we are on a mission to make mental healthcare work foreveryone, and we need a strategic, driven email + sms marketing manager to help make it happen.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the patient experience by ensuring patients get theright message via theright channel at theright time. This role will be fundamental in helping create and scale a best-in-class lifecycle marketing program at Rula.
You’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle strategies (email + SMS primarily) to improve the speed and quality of patient access to mental healthcare. You'll work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an intelligent, personalized lifecycle program, refine our reporting and analytics capabilities, and expand our test-and-learn program to continuously improve patient engagement.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a D2C / B2C lifecycle or retention marketing role, with a proven track record of creating and executing effective lifecycle strategies, driving program growth and meaningful business results through multi-channel campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Iterable, including the ability to set up, automate, and optimize campaigns, journeys, experiments, dynamic content, and segmentation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex strategies clearly and collaborate effectively across teams like Product, Operations, Support, and others.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience working in a healthcare, mental health, or marketplace environment
1+ years experience at a high-growth start-up
Experience owning retention strategies and implementing success retention campaigns.
Experience with more complex lifecycle programming like HTML or SQL.
Experience using BI tools (preferably Looker and Amplitude)
