As a Sr. Manager, Global Integrated Marketing, you’ll lead strategy and execution for high-profile, business critical global Pinterest Business Marketing integrated campaigns with a primary focus on marketing franchises and cross-market programs. Examples include tentpole moments like Cannes, GTM product campaigns, and / or Pinterest-owned programs like Pinterest Presents.
In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of marketers in support of these key marketing programs and other team-wide responsibilities e.g. team operations This role requires a strong integrated marketing background, strong team leadership skills, and a proven ability to rally diverse XFN partners and leaders towards a common goal.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead strategy and execution of high-profile, business critical global Pinterest Business Marketing integrated campaigns with a primary focus on marketing franchises and cross-market programs. Examples include tentpole moments like Cannes, GTM product campaigns, and / or Pinterest-owned programs like Pinterest Presents
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketers in support of these key marketing programs and other team-wide responsibilities e.g. team operations
- Develop and oversee strategy and execution across a wide array of channels like paid media, organic social, sales content, webinar, digital, events, thought leadership and more
- Collaborate with senior level partners and stakeholders ranging from Creative, Product, Sales, Measurement, Operations, and Brand Research & Insights to solve complex business and marketing challenges
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals
- Juggle multiple campaigns at different phases that move the needle for Pinterest Business across the globe
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful campaign execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in global integrated marketing, product and/or digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong comfort level with B2B marketing and the needs and challenges of advertisers & media agencies
- Excellent team leadership skills to develop a high-performing team that delivers business impact
- Ability to lead complex, highly cross-functional, multi-faceted marketing initiatives across global teams with operational excellence
- Can partner with and manage senior stakeholders and partners across disciplines seamlessly (creative, data analytics, product, sales, etc.)
- Takes a customer-centric, insight-driven approach to designing marketing initiatives
- Able to drive data-driven decisions, synthesizing a variety of inputs and sources to establish the best path forward
- Adaptable and able to pivot, learn and problem solve in real time
