  • Become Industry Expert & Innovator: Establish yourself as Engine's subject matter expert on construction industry travel needs, monitor competitive channel strategies, and drive innovation in partnership models that enable partners to seamlessly refer and integrate Engine into their construction client offerings
  • Manage Performance & Analytics: Maintain oversight of the channel partnerships pipeline and P&L for the construction vertical, track partner-sourced leads and conversion rates, and provide data-driven insights on partner performance and enablement needs to leadership

What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 5-8+ years of progressive experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, with at least 2 years in people management and a proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that drive significant revenue growth
  • Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in or selling to the construction industry is highly preferred, with understanding of the unique travel needs and workflows of construction companies and their workforce
  • Leadership Capabilities: Natural leader who inspires teams through vision, coaching, and personal example, with experience building teams from scratch and strong emotional intelligence to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
  • Strategic & Execution Skills: Ability to think strategically while maintaining focus on tactical execution, with a data-driven approach to decision making and excellent project management skills to balance multiple priorities
  • Communication & Influence: Executive presence with ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and natural networking abilities to build authentic, lasting business relationships
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfort operating in ambiguity while building structure and processes, with a player-coach mentality that embraces both closing deals personally and developing others to do the same

Cash Compensation:

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
