As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing IT solutions, managing projects, and communicating with stakeholders. This role bridges the gap between business and technical teams, enhancing efficiency and achieving company goals. The candidate must have a deep understanding of big data and product development technologies, and proficiency in implementing AI and related technologies into existing business processes to ensure their efficiency and improvement. Additionally, the candidate will identify suitable AI solutions, assess new AI technologies, and work with technical teams to design and implement AI solutions that align with the business strategy, specifically within the IT B2B industry.
Skills:
- Knowledge and ability to use multiple key tools and notations for modeling and process visualization (e.g., BPMN, UML, flowcharts, wireframes);
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe);
- Experience in implementing AI technologies for business process automation and optimization;
- Ability to analyze and assess the impact of AI technologies on business processes;
- Skills in advising and training teams on AI technologies;
- Understanding and ability to propose suitable software development processes and influence / enhance them;
- Ability to effectively guide BA activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management, etc.);
- Expertise in project/product scope management, scope creep control;
- Ability to accurately assess project/business analysis risks;
- Experience in BA efforts estimation (including large-scale projects), modeling and prototyping;
- Advanced knowledge of at least one requirements management tool (ClickUp, Jira, Target Process, Rally, etc.);
- Ability to work in Figma and build prototypes;
- Ability to work with analytics tools like Google Analytics and others;
- Experience in collaborating with technical teams to design and implement AI solutions.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is a plus;
- Certification in business analysis, such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification (desirable);
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- English Level: B2+;
- Hands-on experience in implementing AI technologies in existing business processes;
- Proficiency in identifying and utilizing AI tools and solutions for business automation and optimization;
- Strong collaboration skills with technical teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions;
- Experience working on large-scale projects;
- Experience with RnD projects, understanding of the complexities and processes of developing these solutions;
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
- Experience with big data technologies and tools;
- Experience with web methodologies and frameworks;
- Experience with integrating different IT systems and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain business requirements documents, system design documents, and other technical documentation;
- Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions;
- Work with technical teams to design and implement IT solutions, such as big data analytics systems, cloud-based applications, and web;
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectations;
- Develop and implement data analysis and reporting solutions using present information;
- Design and develop solutions using appropriate BI/Reporting tools in support of stakeholder requirements;
- Diagnose, continually improve, and maintain the current ecosystem and optimize and enhance existing reports & dashboards;
- Be involved in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex data systems and solutions;
- Lead the identification and integration of AI technologies into existing business processes to drive efficiencies and innovation;
- Proactively research and propose AI solutions to automate tasks and improve business operations;
- Conduct thorough impact assessments of AI technologies to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies;
- Provide expert guidance and training to teams on best practices for adopting and leveraging AI technologies;
- Facilitate collaborative efforts with technical teams to develop and integrate AI solutions that fulfill business requirements and objectives.
