As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be integral to our client's growth, reaching out to both inbound leads and prospects to drive new business opportunities. This role provides the potential to grow into a closer position, with a focus on booking qualified meetings, managing relationships, and nurturing the sales pipeline to contribute directly to the company's success.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach: Reach out to warm inbound leads using a structured call script to qualify and book meetings.
Appointment Setting: Achieve the target of 10 booked meetings per week by engaging with leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.
CRM Management: Use HubSpot CRM to maintain and manage your pipeline, track leads, and ensure accurate data entry.
Email Follow-Ups: Send personalized email sequences to nurture relationships and book appointments.
LinkedIn Outreach: Manage LinkedIn outreach by sending messages and connecting with potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and booking of meetings.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to closing.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, with the desire to move into a closer role.
Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is highly preferred.
Goal-Oriented: Motivated to hit targets, achieving a minimum of 10 booked meetings per week.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools including CRMs, email outreach systems, and LinkedIn.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
